What kind of coffee maker do you have?
Seriously, this is the #1 question we are asked. As coffee addicts, we SO understand the importantce of this question. There’s a standard Kuerig, a Nespresso Verduro, a regualr drip coffee maker, and a small French Press. We also make sure you have starter pods or ground coffee depending on your choice. There’s also an electric teapot and a selection of teas. We provide sugar and sugar substitutes.

What size TVs do you have?
Yep, this is always question #2. There is a large Samsung Frame TV (with artwork) in the living room and smart TVs in both bedrooms, the office, and in the garage for the small gym.

Is the pool heated?
The pool is heated to 84F during the cooler months. The spa is set to go to 102F but must be turned on and off when not using. We will make the pool warmer for an additional charge of $75 a day.

Is the kitchen stocked?
We have just about every gadget you can think of including a popcorn maker, instant pot, air fryer, Cuisinart, pizza maker, Nutri Bullet, wine opener, breakfast sandwich maker, and a toaster. There are inside and outside dishes and glasses, storage containers, utensils, and more. We leave condiments in the fridge along with washable water bottles. And, there is a large selection of spices as wel as salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Are you close to downtown Palm Springs?
Yes! We are within walking distance to the north end of town and close enough to bike all of downtown.

Do you have bikes?
Yes! We have two adult cruisers and a child’s vintage Stingray. All have locks and helmets. There is also a pump if needed.

Are there pool floats?
Plenty as well as two large floating/relaxing lawn chairs and toys for the kids.
